Mark Sumpter was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. He attended Central Missouri State University, where he pursued a degree in Criminal Justice and was eventually hired as a police officer by the Kansas City, Missouri Police Department.

William Gregory Dorriety (Greg) graduated from Auburn University in 1984 with a B.S. Degree in Chemical Engineering. Greg started with Measurex Systems as a process control manager and graduated through the ranks of corporate America to Director of North America for Honeywell Systems and General Electric when they purchased Measurex Systems. Greg has been responsible for many large accounts such as: Eastman Kodak, International Paper, Georgia Pacific, Kimberly Clark, Ford Motor Company, General Motors, ADM, etc.
Greg and his wife Donna are now a full time real estate investors.
